Quadring Village Hall – 22nd August 2022 @ 7.00pm

3. Declarations of Interest
None
4. Approval of Minutes of Meeting of 27th June 2022 and any updates to those Minutes.
Numbering alteration due to type error.
Minutes approved.
5. Chairmans and Clerks Report to include any correspondence received.
Survey from Lincs Police – approved to complete.
Chair received email from parishioner regarding wording of AGAR form – approved by Littlejohn.
Parishioner brought up cost of church yard, discussed at Item 10.
6. Park Update
All councillors in agreement toapproach go ahead with the repairs at the park for safety and upkeep purposes. Playdale quote discussed. Agreed very expensive and to look elsewhere for repairs. Chair and Clerk to source play equipment companies and get quotes in line with the survey report.
7. Planning Applications
H15 – 0761 -22 Proposed first floor side extension – Approved underH15 – 0461 – 21 Amendment to lower roof height – 1 Clark Close, Quadring = Approved
H15 – 1066 -21 Residential Development comprising 36 Dwellings – Land Off St Margarets, Quadring = Refused by all. Concerns with overdevelopment. Councillors concerned by amount of our park, if any, to be used as residential. Clarification requested with reminder that there is a 12 month notice to vacate any part of the park.
H15-0824-22 Occupation of dwelling by persons not employed in agriculture– SR210/69 condition 3 – The Foxes New Road, Quadring Eaudyke. – No objections

N Sneath – 284.00 & £49.20

Both Payments approved.
10. Church Breakdown
Currently pay £3000 to the church for upkeep of grounds. Agreeing to reduce this figure to cutting the grass with proviso that they make a request for more funds as necessary. New total agreed by all councillors.
11. Park Equipment
Covered under item 6.
12. Website Update
Clerk to forward all documents required to PG
13. Bus Service
LCC and Brylaine considering a drop in centre for Donington and Quadring with a What the public want meeting. No further on with the weekend service and currently no further action. SHDC are pushing for a Transport Forum.
14. Road Closures
High Street, Gosberton closed for 2 weeks.
15. Any Other Business.
Cllr Clifft stating that trees in the wooded area on Casswell are infested. 2 silver birches, 1 of which is dead. Main field 3 Silver Birches , 1 definitely dead, I potentially. Fruit trees all ok. Email to Environmental Services at SHDC to inform.
Trees on footpath by 102 Main Road, Quadring, the Leyandi is overhaning the road and pavement. Email to environmental services.
PCSO reported in June that they would be present during the six weeks holiday as a deterrent for vandalism. Approved.
Dog Mess. There is a lot of fouling down the footpath to school. Clerk to ask school for the posters that can go back out.
