Quadring Village Hall – 27th June 2022 @ 7.00pm

3. Declarations of Interest
Cllr Bingham said he would leave the room when discussions regarding the amended 59 properties main road were to be discussed as he is a neighbour and used to own the land.
4. Approval of Minutes of Meeting of 16th May 2022 and any updates to those Minutes .
Update Minutes at Any Other Business Baptism Bath from Pit.
Church Breakdown to be forwarded by Cllr Bingham and added to next Agenda.
Further agreed and approved.
5. Chairmans and Clerks Report to include any correspondence received.
Correspondence received regarding future Spalding Flower Parade.
Suggested that Quadring were not in a position to enter alone and a group effort with Donington and Gosberton suggested.
Vandelism – Community Wardens will be deployed to wander around the villages during the summer holidays. PCSO will be making rural antisocial behaviour a priority and will be asked to check Casswell Drive area and Church area.

Add to next Agenda. Nothing back from Playdale. Clerk will chase this.
Agreed that repairs and replacements will be carried out bit by bit to cover costs.

9. Planning Applications
A) H15-0344-22 Lindum House, New Road, Quadring Eaudike PE11 4QB – Erection of agricultural barn (retrospective) – re-submission of H15-0809-16 – 29.03.22 Full – Undecided.
Review Email received and now passed.
10. Any further applications since agenda
H15-0596-22 Hawthorn Farm, South Drove, Quadring Fen – Conversion of garage into annexe including alterations. – Discuss at next meeting.
New Plans for site on Main Road. Cllr Bingham left the room.
New plans of 59 houses. with 2 houses removed to accommodate turning circles. Plots 17 to 20 to have 2 meter high fences. Request for these plots to have trellis also.
Object on grounds of no turning circles in all cul de sacs, risk of vehicles parking in said circles, bin lorries and such delivery trucks unable to manoeuvre safely within such areas

12. Church Breakdown
Will be added to next agenda once breakdown received from Cllr Bingham.
13. Jubilee Celebration Review
ES & KW reported that the jubilee celebrations were well turned out. Everything went well and all looked nice. Thanks given to all Organisers and providers for a fantastic event.
14. Park Equipment
See 6 above. Cllr Jackson removed 2 ladders from play equipment due to being totally rotten and a safety issue.
15. Bus Service
No update from County Council will review 11th July.
16. Road Closures
Footpath to school closed during the summer holidays for works to be carried out on the path.
17. Any Other Business.
Request for the crescent for dead tree to be cut to stump height and possible plaque on said tree. Not agreed.
