Minutes of Meeting
Quadring Village Hall – 10th January 2022 @ 7.00pm

There were no members of the public in attendance.

3. Approve minutes of last meeting plus updates
Approved.
4. Chairs remarks and clerk report to include correspondence.
No remarks or correspondence.
5. Park Update
HB awaiting quotes. Sawscape and HAGS - £150 quoted, had agreed £200 at previous meeting so under budget. Council will need to give 12 months notice if access required for new development.
6. Planning
H15-1262-21 Kirkhill Farm Westhorpe Road Gosberton – Agricultural building for storage - No objection in principle, clarification required of cold storage equipment in reference to sound travelling from the cold store.
64 Casswell Drive – proposed rear extension – Passed

Clerks wages paid monthly automatically.

Grit bin opposite primary school is squashed, needs reporting to fix my street.
Hole outside DB home, HB to deal with this.
DB asked if there was any update on the playfield with respect to the St Margarets Development – this is going through the committee
The bin on the park area at Casswell Drive has not been emptied again following previous complaints about not being emptied.
AJ reporting that fly tipping occurring down South Drive but was not sure if collection was in place.
Bus Service – AJ and HB will be contacting the papers regarding this and chasing up the Lincs County Council and bus company.
Jubilee – We agreed to support anyone with any celebrations if they approach us, either be it time, money or space.
Dog bin down near school has broken off the post. TD will reattach the bin once it has been emptied.
