QUADRING PARISH COUNCIL.

The Parish Council met on Monday 20th. January 2019, under the Chairmanship of Coun. M. Clifft.
None of the highway problems had yet been rectified and were to be reported again.
The Clerk was to speak to Dawsons and Sneaths to get grass cutting quotes for the coming season.
The Clerk was to contact the Senior Planning Officer at the SHDC, stating that any 106 monies from the proposed developments in the village should be directed towards the School, which had room for expansion and the local NHS services.   Other villages in the area had been diverted to different villages.  These monies would not be paid until the last house on any development had been finished.
It was decided to start any future Meetings at 7.00 p.m. So that the public could voice any opinions and the Council could decide what action is to be taken at the Council Meeting.
PCSO Abbotts was to be contacted regarding a problem with a taxi parking on Main Road, half on the footpath.  Extensions to a building in Watergate metr with approval.
A cheque made out to Spalding Bulb Auction, for grit on icy roads, was signed.
The Clerk was to contact Rhonnda Booth at the SHDC Democratic Services regarding a comment made on the SHDC site about the proposed development at Crossroads Nursery.   It stated that it was from the Parish Council, but this was not correct.
The Women's Institute would like the Playing Field again this year for their Annual Fun Day.  This was ok'd.   The Clerk was to try to get someone to roll the Playing Field to try to level it up.
There were complaints again regarding the road to the School and further down the lane.  There was a dip in the road near the entrance from the A 152.
